Priceline Hotel: Strategy for 4* 12/29-1/4?

Hi all,

I've read up as much as I can on bidding but I'm still a bit nervous. Can someone help me craft a bid strategy, such as zones to add if my bid is rejected?

I'd really like a 4*, preferably downtown around $180 (or is this unreasonable?).

HOTWIRE has what I assume to be Gild Hall, 4*, for 220ish for this time period, which I'd really like but I'd like a bit of a better deal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
