Bid $29 for 2.5* in East zone, P/L countered with $36. Added expensive Downtown zone, and raised bid only to $33. Accepted. Used BB's link.

Lowest BW on-line rate was $81 plus taxes; HotWire was $45+. My entire stay is $120 including taxes and fees. Nice deal for a property I've enjoyed previously.
