Hotwire Hotel: Help Identify - Disneyland 12/22-12/26

Please help identify the following Disneyland hotels on Hotwire for 12/22-12/26

Disneyland North - 3* $65

Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Laundry, High Speed Internet

Disneyland South - 3* $45

Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, High Speed Internet

Disneyland South - 2 1/2* $63

Breakfast, Fitness, Pool, Laundry, Internet

-p.s. How is the 2 1/2 so much more in the South area? Is it because of the breakfast?

Thank you so much for your help! I am looking for 2 rooms with 8 guests so I wonder if

the price of the room took that into account. Do you think?

The price does take into account the amount of guests.

Hotels set their price independently and do not necessarily take into account what a lower or higher rated property nearby may be priced at; it's fairly common to see a 2.5* more expensive than a 3* or a 3* more expensive than a 4*.

The 3* North would match the amenity set seen previously with the Portofino, so that would be my best guess. My guess for the 3* South would be the Clarion. Finally, I'd guess the 2.5* would likely be the Holiday Inn Express Garden Grove.
