I really didn't want to spend a lot so I tried very low offer and took a few days for my offer to be accepted.

1st try - $38 (selecting only 3* in Danbury) -rejected but I was told that I can try again if I up $11 more. I ignored it.

2nd try - $39 (selecting only 3* in Danbury, Southbury and Waterbury areas) - rejected, but I was told that I can try again if I up it $12 this time. I ignored it.

3rd try - $41 (selecting only 3* in Danbury) - rejected.

4th try - $42 (selecting only 3* widen the area to Danbury, Southbury, and Waterbury) - accepted.

With taxes and fees, it is just under $55.
