If you change your search to 2adults/2children a 'new' 3.5* appears in this zone for just about the same price with:

Fitenss, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Laundry

A 3.5* with this amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board, but i'm going to speculate that this may be the same hotel you're seeing above (a guess would be the Doubletree, previously reported to the board with these amenities but at the 3* level, but that property was reported at the 3* level just 2 months ago, so not as confident in this scenario as i would be if it had been a few year or two since property was last reported)
