Otter7
I tried to bid on two separate hotel cities tonight, I had bid on both yesterday almost 25 hours ago. Priceline kicked both back as "Duplicate Requests." I called the telephone number I had from the emails I got regarding other successful requests I had made for other trips (they hide any kind of contact info otherwise). I was told by the "Customer Service" person that I had indeed waited for over 24 hours and that I should wait for a few more hours and see what happened. She could/would do absolutely nothing for me, short of suggesting I go down a star level (don't want to) change zones (only one) or book through their website at the listed price (even if I was willing to pay that price, I wouldn't book it through their site under these circumstances :) ) So has this happened to others and how did you deal with it? Did waiting a "few" hours help? Link to comment
thereuare
I see from your another post that were you were able to bid again after a few additional hours so i'll consider this 'resolved'. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
