Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifying a 3 Star and 3.5 Star in DC Area

I'm planning a vacation to D.C. for June. There are 2 hotels I can't figure out.

The first is a 3-star hotel in Chantilly-Dulle Intly Airport IAD South. It's $55 and has Suttle, No Smoking, Free Breakfast, Business Center, and Internet.

The second is a 3.5-star hotel in Rockvill-Gaithersburg. It's $69 and has Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, and Internet.

The dates I'm using are June 20-24. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I've followed up on the Orlando thread.

I'm not necessarily looking to get the hotel now. It's just these 2 looked to be 2 of the best deals available to me, considering location and amenities.
