Now that we're back from the stay, I thought I'd post a slightly modified version of the review that I wrote for Priceline:

The Towson Sheraton is a very nice and mostly well kept hotel, with comfortable beds, nice TVs and convenient access to one of the nicest malls in Baltimore. While the lobby and rooms were quite nice (and probably worthy of the 3.5 star rating), the hallway to the room was somewhat rundown and we did find some hair sitting out on the desk in the room. In addition, we were able to hear even minor sounds in the hall and neighboring rooms. For example, we could hear even a simple cough next door. Also, the hotel could not get us an extra blanket after 11PM as the housekeeping storage room is locked for the evening at 11PM. Nonetheless at the Priceline rate we paid, the hotel remains a good value. In addition, please note that the bottles of water in the room are for sale ($4 for 1 liter) and not complimentary (at least the parking was free). However, when we accidentally took one before noticing the charge, the hotel agreed not to charge us for it.

I hope this helps others.
