Grumpup Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Used the PRICELINE link through Betterbidding.com and put in a bid of $50/night for areas 1 & 2 with 4* rateing of the Minneapolis MN area. Offer was declined, added the 3.5* level and put in the same offer of $50/night. Offer was accepted!! Hotel information is below:Marriott Minneapolis Airport 3.5* Airport - Mall Of America2020 American Boulevard East Bloomington, Minnesota 55425 2 night stay with taxes and fees comes to $121.32 - hotel website has the same rooms going for $99.99 per night. This hotel while it does say the airport is very close to the Mall of America and Ikea store. We have stayed in the same general area before and haven't noticed a issue with jets or anything like this. We are long time betterbidding users and priceline users. We will add info about the hotel after the stay.

Grumpup Posted December 7, 2009 Author Report Posted December 7, 2009 Just got back and have left comments in the hotel review part of betterbidding.com website. PRICELINE did a split on Bloomington area - this hotel now falls into the Mall of America area - in fact all the hotels around Mall of America are in this area. This hotel is 3.5* all the way. It looks like rooms are going to be updated soon - expect some great deals from this place hopefully!!!
