My question is: which one do you think is this hotel:

This amenity combination and star rating match the Inter-Continental Park Lane so that would be my best guess. The one caveat is that the current Tripadvisor rating for this property is 4.0/5.0 (not the 4.5 HOTWIRE is indicating for this offering above) However, the TA information provided by HOTWIRE is not 'real time' in that it is only updated about once a month, so i'm guessing that the InterContinental is the property above, but the TA rating has changed since last updated by HOTWIRE.

I have another question. How can we know what kindda room we're going to get ?

Because that's right, the price of $173 is not bad if we get a room which is normally $300 ... but what if we get a room which is $120 ... isn't it possible to know before ?

You should expect a 'standard' room... are you able to find a room at any 5* hotels in this area for $120/nite? :)

Assuming this is the Inter-Continental, best rate i see on their website for your date is $210/nite. If the room rate (excluding taxes and/or fees) you pay is more than the best avaialable rate you're able to find elsewhere for the same room type, dates, occupancy, etc. HOTWIRE does have a "double the difference" guarantee.

I have another question. You said I should expect a standard room. Do we know that in the confirmation email ? What is a standard room ? is it for 2 adult ? with kin bed ? I didn't find the information on the hotel website. I'm sorry for asking you probably basics questions, but I'm not good at hotel website :-( ...

HOTWIRE guarantees bedding for the amount of people indicated. 2 people would equal one bed, although that may not necessarily be a king.

These amenities are common for a 4* (and higher) city hotel, but from the Hotwire Hotel List this matches previous reports for the Melia White House so that would be my best guess.
