spederson Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 Started off at $63 and inched my way up with about 8 rebid zones. PRICELINE originally countered with $80 on my first bid but I ended up winning at $73. Was rather expecting the Westin! I think the Edgewater's cheapest rate for this period is $94.50.I have no idea whether hotels are more busy than usual between Christmas and New Year's, so don't know what kind of room will be assigned....am arriving late on the train on the 28th. Will post on how it goes!Number of Nights: 3Room Subtotal: $219.00 (USD)Taxes and Fees: $41.43 (USD)Total Room Cost: $260.43 (USD)(used the betterbidding PRICELINE link)
