Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Orlando (Lake Buena Vista-Downtown Disney) Embassy Suites

I have been bidding and using rebids for last two days for 3.5 star in LBV Downtown Disney area. I usually get these properties for under $ $40, but have bid all the way up to $ 52 with no luck. This is supposed to be one of the slowest weeks up in Disney. Anyone else having problems during this time period?

Yes, this is a slow time for this zone. But there could be several reasons why you don't hit. I looked at HOTWIRE for your dates. And they have a 3.5* for $59 (Amenities: Suite, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Kitchenette, Tennis). My best guess for this would be Embassy suites. This might be an option for you?

What is the best rate you're able to find thru conventional booking channels? Based upon the HOTWIRE information provided above, a bid of $59 or less would likely be accepted, would you be willing to bid that high? I'm not suggesting you bid this amount from the start, but if you let us know your maximum bid we can help with a strategy that gradually increases your bid up to your maximum.

I was able to get Embassy Suites for $ 54 plus tax.
