The amenities above match what has previously been associated with the Omni Puerto Aventuras Beach Resort so that would be my best guess.

I will point out that the property above shows a TA rating of 4.0 while the current TA rating of the Omni is 4.5, so that is a discrepency that you should at least be aware of, however, the TA information shown by HOTWIRE is not updated in 'real time' (only updated above once a month, sometimes faster sometimes slower), so i'd still consider this property a candidate as it may have changed since HOTWIRE's last update.

If you're concerned by the above you could see if this property appears for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite to 'look behind the curtain' and determine the hotel if you're happy proceed to purchase the remaining nites of your trip, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

Yes, TA is Tripadvisor, but the reference is not to the star rating, but the "TripAdvisor Traveler Rating" which for this property is currently 4.5.

I now see that Priceline has a Riveria Maya region....but I don't see any Priceline postings on the pinned list from within this region, only Cancun....have there been any?

Maybe a better deal could be had on Priceline?

If there are no listings, then no wins have been reported to the board for that area (yet)

PRICELINE will very likely offer a better price, but requires more flexibility, as you would have to be willing to accept any hotel within the area at the star rating you bid for.
