As per THIS LINK the Ritz Carlton is a 5* hotel thru PRICELINE's "retail" division. The two areas of PRICELINE ("retail" and "opaque") each use a different universe of hotels so there could be others, but this property is within the Quincy Market zone so would be at least one option among the possibilities.

I already bid >$110 (including tax&fee), still don't get it yet.

I would not pay more than 150$ since many hotel (4.5 stars) is listing <150$.
