Hotwire Hotel: 3* DFW North Airport - HELP NEEDED to Identify

I need help identifying a 3 start hotel in the DFW north area from hotwire.com

I put the dates of dec. 4 to dec 5.

The price is $45.

Amenities include:

SUITE

SHUTTLE

BREAKFAST

FITNESS CENTER

POOL

LAUNDRY

INTERNET

KITCHENETTE

The above is a match for the Holiday Inn Express DFW North so that would be my best guess.

The only thing that I can't find to match with that location is the kitchenette. The holiday inn express does not show to have kitchenettes, does it? Any other Ideas? Would a comfort suites be a 3 star? I doubted it. How about the embassy suites or Homewood suites up north of the airport fit? These seemed to match the amenities. Thank you!

Rooms at the Holiday Inn DFW North have microwave ovens and mini-refrigerators, which is enough to qualify for the Kitchenette icon. As well, this property has been seen with the amenities associated above, so that would be my best guess.

I guess my last question would be with the star ratings. I have only got Holiday Inn Expresses from 2.5* ratings in the past and Hotwire SPECIFICALLY says in the 2.5* ratings that Holiday Inn Express is one of them.

This hotel is a 3* though??

Both PRICELINE and HOTWIRE had a major rating system overhaul near the beginning of this year... the majority of HI Express properties are now rated 3* by both services (although you'll still find a few that are 2.5* rated)

Help IDENTIFY different DFW North Hotels, One 2.5* and one 2*

Could I please get some help identifying two more hotels in the DFW North Area. I appreciate the help I have received with the 3* but I am curious about the 2 and 2.5* hotels and getting the most information before I book.

Both hotels are for 1 night, Dec 4. DFW North Area.

2* - $34

No amenities listed

2.5* - $48

Shuttle

Cont. Breakfast

Fitness Center

Swimming Pool

Business Center

Laundry

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread.

Neither of the properties above have been identified. The 2.5* matches the amenities last reported for the Wingate by Wyndham, but that was reported at the 3* level so it's possible that it was downgraded since last reported, but with so many hotels in this area offering complimentary breakfast i wouldn't bet the ranch on it.

No guess on the 2*.
