Given the 3/5 tripadvisor rating showing on the detail page and the smoke-free note, my guess would be the Shadow Ridge.

Park City Peaks gets somewhat better reviews, offers free breakfast and 10% off dinner via Orbitz.com for $66, plus coupon code FABSAVE10 takes an extra 10% off.

Found a much better deal and nicer apartment on Craigslist. Currently looking at a second trip to the Park City area and unfortunately it is the same time as the Sundance film festival. I can't stay a the same place because the price quadrupled. I hope HOTWIRE can come through! Thanks for your help and I will use the HOTWIRE link!
