Just to be sure - the amenities did not include SPA ? I checked your dates and can find one 4* hotel in Docklands only - I myself are looking to book this hotel for a December trip - and I'm hoping for it to be the Marriott India Quay :)

So my best guess would be that you get the Hilton Docklands, and not Marriott India Quay.

The price is definately a good one (almost half of ordinary price), but the hotel seems like it's not well located, as they see the need for a free shuttle (5min) every 15min to the closest subway station.
