Hotwire Hotel: Help with Washingtone DC hotel in April

I'm looking for a hotel room for April 3 for one night. Two intriguing possibilities on Hotwire:

Whitehouse/Capitol Hill: 4* Boutique, Fitness, Business Center, Highspeed, Golf and Fitness -$99

Dupont Circle 4* Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Highspeed, Spa - $119

Any help would be appreciated.

The 4* Dupont would appear to be a possible match for the Omni, which is not much more expensive than the HOTWIRE rate. The 4* White House/Cap Hill unfortunately has not yet been ID'd.

The Renaissance has a $99 deal w/free valet parking (which is a pretty darn good deal, considering how much parking costs these days) via Expedia.

Overall though, if you are flexible on which hotel you stay in, I'd suggest PRICELINE instead, as given the regular rates I'm seeing for these dates, I think you could do better via PRICELINE.

In the end we booked directly through the Affinia website. They have a special on the whole chain which allowed us to book the Liaison in Washington for $89. I know some people have done a little better through PRICELINE but it's Easter weekend and cherry festival so we are pretty satisfied with the deal.
