Priceline Hotel: Help with 4* (LBV- Kissimmee Area)

While browsing Priceline I've found that there are three 4*s under this area (LBV- Kissimmee Area) for my travel dates. However one is not really a hotel but vacation homes- it's called Premier Vacation Homes and is priced right in between the other two (Mona Lisa and Celebration). I can't find any mention of it on the forums so I'm hoping it just isn't a participant in the bidding program. I understand that there's no guarantee that just because I can't find it here doesn't mean it won't come up.

However, I was thinking maybe someone could take a look and help me find out what bidding zone it's in. It looks like it could be in the Kissimmee zone, while the other two are definitely in the Celebration zone. This would be perfect because I really don't want this one and if there's a possibility I might get it, I just won't take my chances. Thank you in advance, I'll be sure to follow up here as I will be using Priceline one way or another!

Yes I am. The zones for the Name Your Own Price are different than the regular booking area. I've looked over this site's hotel list and this one isn't on it- I assume because no one has ever gotten it. However, I know that doesn't guarantee I won't get it. This is why I was hoping someone might be able to tell me what zone it WOULD be in as far as the bidding system is concerned.

You can both enlarge and reduce the scale on the Priceline area maps. While you can't mark a hotel on the Priceline maps, you can use a Google or other map that will mark a specific address. Then bring up both the Google map with the hotel marked, and the Priceline map of the area (like Kissimmee). You have to fiddle with the scale on both for a bit, until you can see from the side by side comparison whether a specific address is in or out of a Priceline area. It can get tricky if something is right on an area line, but usually you can sort it out.

Neither LBV nor Kissimee area in the bidding side of Priceline have any 4*s so I'm sort of puzzled by the original question?

I explained already that this is the zone for the regular Priceline booking area, they lump Celebration- maingate, LBV, and Kissimmee into one there and call it LBV- Kissimmee Area. That's what I'm referring to- which one of those would it be in? It seems to be right on the line and I was just wondering if someone had any experience with this property and knew off the top of their head. I'll just either hope not to get it, or avoid the area.

The regular Priceline booking service and NYOP use diffrent zones and hotels. That is why i told you not to use the LBV-Kissimmee zone or that service as a reference. We must use the name of the zones in the NYOP service since this are the zones you bid at.

That's what I'm referring to- which one of those would it be in?

And I answered that my guess would be the NYOP Celebration- Maingate zone if this property appeared.

I wouldn't be so worried over this. And excluding a zone to avoid this non-reported property makes no sence since PRICELINE can re-zone a property at anytime.

Please post your details for the stay so i can help you further.
