The Vancouver South property has not yet been ID'd, but the Ent. District property is likely the Holiday Inn.

I agree with AaronJB that the Entertainment District hotel is probably the Holiday Inn Vancouver Downtown. If you change the search parameters to 4 adults, the 3* hotel in the Downtown South zone shows the above amenities plus pool, and a TripAdvisor rating of 3.5. This is a match for the Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre.

I'm looking at Holiday Inn website for the Vancouver South one (the one tilepusher refers to w/ 4 adult) and they have room with 2 double bed and 2 queed bed.

Question is, whats the odd they still give me the 2 double bed even if I put 4 adults?

We'd like to get 2 queen, obviously.

They could very well give you two doubles. Every hotel is different; there's no way to know for sure what type of room they'll assign you.
