First Bid was Dulles North - Sterling (Zone 1) for $30, Rejected. This was on IE. I was given a rebid chance.

Second Bid I added Fairfax (Zone 3) for $40, Rejected. This was also on IE, but I was not given a rebid chance. I was taken to search results page with no rebid option.

I then tried on FireFox, and repeated my second bid at $45.

It was accepted.
