Hotwire Hotel: HELP with identifying Condo in Las Vegas....

I'm trying to stay in a Condo in Las Vegas on these days Dec. 31-Jan. 4 I get 5 results on hotwire. a 5 star on center strip, a 3.5 star on near strip east, a 2.5 star on near strip east, a 3 star near strip south, and a 3 star near strip west condo. I would like to stay at the desert Rose but I'm not sure if it's the 3.5 star condo or the 2.5? I would also like to know the name of the other condo results I got if posible so I can look into them as well...

I didn't see a 3 star condo on the Near Strip East on my search... I got a 3.5-star condo in Near Strip East

Neither of these properties have been reported to the board/ID'd.

The 3.5* might be the Hilton Grand Vacations Club, but that would be just a guess. Not sure as to the possible ID of the 2.5, although with the 2.5* more expensive than the 3.5*, why not go for the 3.5*?

My best guesses (and like AaronJB, I must emphasize that these are only guesses):

3.5* condo: Bluegreen Club 36 (rooms at the Hilton Grand Vacations don't appear to have full kitchens, which must include stove-tops and dishwashers).

2.5* condo: Summer Bay Resort.
