Priceline Hotel: 3* Virginia Beach (Area) Holiday Inn Sunspree

2 issues

1) I have stayed at this dive before and if it's a 3 star, then a box under the interstate bridge is a 2*

2) Priceline charged me 25%- YES 25%- taxes and fees. Regular VA Beach rate is 12.5%

What in the world is up with this crap?

OK- the rooms had all been updated. New bedding, carpet, and bathroom. The TV was circa 1986, but it worked. I have no issues with this place.
