I'm sorry to say that a 3* condo with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported to the board. And i don't know the condos in this area well enough to take a guess for thisl.

But i would call this a "safe" booking with a TA rating at 4/5.

Please post the outcome if you decide to book this.

I took the plunge and booked this Hotwire offering. Given it's 4/5 Tripadvisor rating the reviews there aren't quite as rosy as I would expect, but I'm satisfied.
