Odds are decent it's the Washington Duke Inn, but I haven't researched it, so don't take my word for it.

The property above has not yet been identified.

A guess would be the Comfort Inn having been downgraded to the 2.5* level. There is no evidence of such a downgrade, but that property has been reported in the past with just these two amenities, but at the 3* level... it's possible that it was downgraded since last reported to the board (2 years ago)

I booked this hotel for Dec 10th thru 14th at $39.00 per night. It was the Comfort Inn University in Durham...free breakfast and pool
