jesse629
Planning to stay in Seattle (Downtown-Pike Place) 12-18 Thru 12-21 using Hotwire as it is a family trip for 2 adults and 2 children.I found a 4* for $79 a night with Amenities: Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Hi-Speed Internet. Is there any way to distinguish between Sheraton and Westin? (I'm trying for Sheraton.) Link to comment
yellowdog
This is a match for both the Westin and the Sheraton. With current info/search (2 adults and 2 children) is it hard to distinguish any of the hotels. Please use the boards HOTWIRE link if you decide to book this.Just post if you need any further help.Yellowdog. inspiration100
Those are both great hotels (Sheraton or Westin downtown), but for that price... my hunch (only a hunch, not much logic), is that it's the Westin. The Seattle hotel guy.... Stayed in 14 hotels downtown and counting! Favorite Hotel Downtown: The Camlin Seattle (It's now a timeshare) Link to comment
jesse629
It turned out to be . . .The Westin Seattle1900 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, WA, 98101(206) 728-1000Check-in: Fri, Dec 18, 2009Check-out: Mon, Dec 21, 2009Amenities: Fitness Center - Pool - Restaurant - Business Center - High-speed Internet AccessHotwire Rate: Per Night:$79.00 Nights: 3Subtotal: $237.00Hotel Protection*:$11.13Taxes And Fees: $41.22Total price: $289.35It was a magical vacation!!The customer service was great. I asked for the highest floor at check in and was given three choices of room types. I chose a room with a queen size murphy bed and a couch that folded out into a double size bed. The room had a beautiful view of the Puget Sound, was twice the size of the standard beds and was on the 43rd floor in the North tower. The highest floor was the 47th floor. Thanks again for your help! Link to comment
