bebek729 Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 Please help with my bidding on NYC hotels from NOV. 26- NOV. 28!I've tried bidding on 4 * hotels in MTE, MTW, times square, empire state with the amount of 145 dollars but no success.Only two-night-stay, maximum amount willing to pay per night is 250-300, preferrable 4*, 3* plus is okay too. We would also prefer somewhere that has easy access to the public transportation such as subway, taxi or even train station coz the purpose of the trip is to shop - mainly 5th, soho, downtown manhattan etc. Thank you thank you thank you!! :)
AaronJB Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 Welcome to the site. :)A more likely starting bid for a 4* in MTW/MTE/TS is $175, although it may take up to $200. I don't think going up to $250-300 is required. However, in terms of a nice property with the bonus of a social wine hour, 70 Park Avenue is $258.75 on Orbitz - 10% using the FABSAVE10 coupon code = $232.88.HOTWIRE also has a 4* in the Times Square-Theatre District zone (amenities: boutique, restaurant, fitness, internet, which would likely be the Hotel Mela) for $232, as well. Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE (or Orbitz.com) links.
thereuare Posted November 1, 2009 Report Posted November 1, 2009 Did you want to go with one of the above, or if either of the above are possibilities but you still want to bid on PRICELINE, do you want to adjust your maximum bid downward? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
