My first bid of $74 tonight for Kohala 3.5* Dec 31-Jan 1 (1 night) was accepted and upgraded to a resort (i.e. Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel). Never seen the upgrade before.

Bidding history for Kohala Dec 31 yesterday (all failed):

resort $84, $88

4* $72, $75, $78

3.5* $68, $72

3* $66, $69

I got the same resort (i.e. Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel) for Dec 25-27 (2 nights) with a $96 bid yesterday. I did bid on resort that time.
