Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (Times Square-Theatre District) Sheraton Manhattan

Greetings. New to the board and wanted to show my appreciation for the the tips that lead to a successful win

at 2 hotels in NYC during the week of Oct. 20th-28th.

The first was the Sheraton TS 3.5* which was booked one week before arrival for 3 nights.

Oct. 20th-23rd. The bid was accepted at $170 per night.

After selecting only 4* and being rejected I refreshed started over at the lowest bid and started adding new zones.

As soon as I added 3.5* the bid was accepted @ $170

The second win was easy and quick and quite a shock when I learned the location.

I was shooting for a 3.5* in Chelsea for less than $120 per night for Oct. 25-27th.

I was bidding on the 24th, one day before arrival.

I started with 4* CPS, MTE, MTW, Chelsea, then ESB at $100.

I added MSG, UWS And raised my bid by $5 each time.

Finally I Lowered my star rating to 3.5* and the Affinia Shelbourne Murray Hill

took my bid @ $115 a night for 2 nights.

I can not express how happy we were and what a grand location this was.

It was a very nice property and the price made it extra sweet.

Huge rooms, Great views and the most comfortable bed!

Not sure but I think the shortest notice is the best way to score a great location.

Could have just been by chance too.

A big thanks again....I don't know exactly how it happened, and in what order but I was able to

score our co-worker a night at the same hotel for $120 minutes after I won the first bid and it only took 5 minutes.
