Guess there is not much we can do about it now.Tripadvisor isn't all that reliable -- you absolutely have to read between the lines. I have been to this hotel and it's just fine. they even give you warm chocolate chip cookies or tasty cakes upon arrival.. shuttle was great. Don't sweat it... Link to comment
