Guess there is not much we can do about it now.Tripadvisor isn't all that reliable -- you absolutely have to read between the lines. I have been to this hotel and it's just fine. they even give you warm chocolate chip cookies or tasty cakes upon arrival.. shuttle was great. Don't sweat it...
