frugola Posted December 18, 2004 Report Share Posted December 18, 2004 Since I was starting so far ahead I was lowballing everything. Went through all my 3 and 2 1/2 star bids. When I bid $26 for a 2 star in Whitemarsh (which as far as i can tell is the only 2 star in Baltimore area so far) they counteroffered with $33. So i kept adding zones I could live with and kept upping the bids by $1. Finally at $30 was accepted. It's the Marriott economy hotel, and is quite safe and comfortable. And it includes a free breakfast buffet!! Also is a 5 minute drive from the White Marsh Mall. Am happy with results. Link to comment
