A property with this amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board, however i think this property may be 'hiding' some of its amenities...

If you changed your search to 2adults/2children you'll see that a 'new' 3* hotel appear in this zone for the same price (or very close) with Breakfast, Fitenss, Pool, Business, Laundry, Internet.

Given this is the same price as your 2adults offer, and the amenities of the 2adults search is a subset of these, i'm guessing that this may be the same hotel. While this property has not yet been identified either, i'm going to guess that it may be a new amenity combination for the Holiday Inn Express and that would be my best guess for this one.

Not sure where to follow through with this thread, but I ended up going through Priceline (through your link) and getting the Comfort Inn in Coralville, IA 2* for $50 which includes breakfast as the price on Hotwire had gone up. This property and price are fine as we will be getting in late and checking out early. Thanks for your assistance.
