Priceline Hotel: nyc downtown soho financial other then hilton?

I've been looking at the board and I don't see any wins in 4* other then the Millenium Hilton is there any priceline strategy that can help me avoid this hotel. I live locally and really have no interest at looking at the wtc site. But I want the downtown area.

has the admin noticed any wins for other hotels?

If you enter "NYC Downtown" (without the quotes) into the QUICK SEARCH box in the blue banner at the top of the board you will see all recent wins for this area.

Generally speaking there is no way to target, or avoid, a particular hotel in a zone when using PRICELINE. When you're trying to target, or avoid, a specific property HOTWIRE can be a better option as you can often take an educated guess (or exclude a property from the possibilities) based upon the amenities shown before your purchase... thus effectively avoiding the hotel you're not interested in.
