4* w. beach, smoke free rooms, pool(s) and restaurant(s). Price is $94

3.5* w. fitness center, pool(s), restaurant(s), business center and high-speed internet. Price is $94

I'm thinking the 3.5* could be the Sheraton and the 4* could be Flagship or Chelsea?

Anyone have any thoughts?
