Priceline Hotel: Need Hotel Manhattan-3*-11/13 -11/18

I need a hotel in Manhattan from 11/13/09 - 11/18/09

I started with 110 USD and increased my offer up to 155 USD (3*). Areas: MTW/ MTW/ TDQ/ Chelsea/ Downtown Soho/ESB/MSG and CPS

They still couldnt accept my offer.

Can anybody help? Is there anything which helps to increase the chance to get accepted?

I have seen that there are accepted offers for this time starting at 110-145 USD.
