powercat Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 I don't see a 4* hotel in Wailea - Makena in the Priceline Hotel list, but it is available on the Priceline web site. Can someone help ID the hotel name?
thereuare Posted October 26, 2009 Report Posted October 26, 2009 There have not been any 4* hotels reported to the board in this zone.It's possible that any 4* hotels participating often price themselves higher than the Resort class properties, and therefore any 4* bids are upgraded to the Resort class level, which would be one explanation for a lack of 4* hotels reported in this zone. Some have also speculated that there are some areas where PRICELINE has Resort and 3.5* rated properties, but no 4* hotels, but makes bidding on this category available anywhere... but no way to prove/disprove this theory.If you'd like help with this stay please include the dates of your travel and your maximum bid per nite.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
