acchang4 Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 Hi, I'll be in San Francisco, arriving Friday, Nov. 13 departing Monday, Nov. 16 and am looking for a nice place to stay with my girlfriend for three nights.I consulted this Web site when I made the trip last year, and wound up bidding a little more on Priceline than I would have paid on Hotwire! So, I was hoping you guys can help me formulate a bidding strategy. I'm looking for a place that's at least 3 stars and at most $100/night -- the more stars and cheaper the better!Last time, we stayed in the Hilton in USW/Nob Hill for $100. I could live with that deal again, but I'd also like to try something different. The areas that I could live with:Civic CenterFinancial DistrictFisherman's WharfMarinaSOMA-Moscone CenterUnion Square EastUnion Square West - Nob HillOne consideration is that we have a 6a flight on Monday morning. I suppose proximity to BART won't be an issue, since we won't be taking it that early anyway...Thanks very much!
