confused88 Posted October 20, 2009 Report Posted October 20, 2009 Good Morning everyone.Used Priceline this morning and won Hilton at Disneyworld for $62 for Oct 22-23 so I am locked in to these dates there. I tried first at lower bid for the dates of Oct 21-22 and did not win. I thought I would be able to use the Oct 21-22 dates to bid on hotel in St.Augustine Historic District for Resort. The median rates were lower than Disney so I bid in the $50s (which I was told had slim chance of winning and was fine for Disney bid.)I did not win and rebid to $62 adding a lower star rating which I would have been satisfied with. This did not work either. The median price is 1/2 the median price of the hotels in the Disney area. Now I am at the point where I would not mind going up in price a little more but I think I have exhausted my options for rebidding today if I understand the rebid instructions correctly. Is this the case? (Want Resort or 3 1/2 star in St.Augustine Historic District for Oct. 21-22 willing to bid a bit higher.)Thank you for any insight.
