Priceline Hotel: 4* Downtown Vegas, $38??

Anyone have any idea what hotel this would be for? Dec. 20th, 4*'s, $38, Amenities include: Resort, Casino, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Spa Services, Business Center?

If you don't need to be Downtown but looked at it because of price, here are some other suggestions on the strip:

LUXOR for $39.

EXCALIBUR for $39.

TROPICANA for $31 (tower rooms)

The above includes booking fees so the $39 is actually equivalent to a $33-$34 purchase on Priceline or Hotwire.
