Please help ID 4* Honolulu, Outrigger Reef on the Beach?

Please help ID this 4* in Honolulu. I'm hoping it is Outrigger Reef on the Beach. This has been showing up on Hotwire for at least 10 days and has gone from $132 to $136 and now back to $133. Also, any advice on the following would be awesome: Is it better to wait longer...(we're not traveling until June 2010) and what are the odds of upgrading to a better room for free or for a small fee upon arrival? Thanks for your help!

Oh, and one more thing. HOTWIRE listed the distance from the airport at just over 6 miles. My google direction searh computed just over 8 miles for the Outrigger Reef. Are Hotwire distances reliable? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

The distances provided by HOTWIRE are from the center of the zone, not the specific property that is being offered.

The hotel above has not yet been reported to the board... while i wouldn't exclude the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, i would put my guess with the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel.
