Rimo
Going to chicago on 11/1 - 11/3 for a conference trying to book with HOTWIRE or PRICELINE and stay at the Hyatt Regency chicago. How can I tell which is the Hyatt on HOTWIRE? And if I go the PRICELINE route, what would be the best way to secure the Hyatt if even possible. The current price per night is $239. Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to the site. There is definitely no way to guarantee the Hyatt on PRICELINE, and unfortunately it is not showing on HOTWIRE for these dates. There is a 4* Mag Mile/Streeterville w/Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business for $85 that would be either the Sax or the Hotel Felix (although I'm guessing the rather new Felix). Either of those hotels would not be a far distance from the Hyatt, especially the Sax. If it was the Felix, it wouldn't be a bad walk (a nice 12-15 minute or so stroll and the Felix is in the very nice River North area, which offers quite a few restaurants/nightlife), but the cab ride would only be about $5-6, tops. The Sax is only a few blocks West of the Hyatt. The Hyatt appears a bit pricer than usual - possibly due to the convention. However, if you wanted to try a bid for it, I'd suggest $67 as a starting bid for a 4* in the Millennium Park-Loop-Grant Park area on PRICELINE. However, you could potentially get any of the 4*'s in that zone. Please let us know what you decide or if you have any questions. Additionally, please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchase. Link to comment
Colfax
Rimo,Please close out your July SF thread with whatever you decided to do for that stay. Three people responded to your request for help in that thread and you didn't reply to any of them. :) Priceline San Francisco thread. Link to comment
