They are both 4 star

The Entertainment District property matches previous reports for both the Terminal City Club Tower Hotel and the Westin Grand, so either of these would be my best guess. (although with so few amenities can never be too certain)

The Downtown West property is a match for the Westin Bayshore so that would be my best guess for this one.
