This is the second time I've used Priceline for a Palm Springs resort and ended up with the Westin Mission Hills. Started my bid at $67, then Priceline said to raise it by $17 so I did. Got burnt last time when I tried to wait. Anyhow, the Westin is nice, but it would have been fun to stay somewhere else. A lot of my friends have success using Priceline and getting the Hyatt Grand Champions or La Quinta Resort. All in all, I'm happy to pay $84 during peak season.

And I used the BB PRICELINE link as well! :)

Congratulations on your success!

Glad to see you're happy with the results and the deal you received.

Do note that you can try to undercut the counter-offer without having to wait the 24 hours by using re-bid zones (when available). See this Priceline Re-Bidding Explained thread and feel free to ask any questions you have, and if you're new to the concept, it's strongly recommended you confirm your re-bid zones with the board before using them.

Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using our PRICELINE link to begin your bidding.

Enjoy your stay and return to the Westin.
