ak_jorge Posted October 15, 2009 Report Share Posted October 15, 2009 My first attempt was a $40 bid on a 3* hotel at the SEA-TAC airport (there was no 3.5* offered for these dates), but it was rejected.At the time of rejection, PRICELINE generously offered to allow me to try again if I increased my bid by at least $12. Instead I used a "free" rebid by adding Kirkland -- which has no hotels above 2* -- and increased my bid to $45.It was accepted by the Red Lion, which is a perfectly okay hotel. I'm just hoping to land the Hilton again someday!Happily used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link ... thanks for the great site! Link to comment
