Hotwire Hotel: 4* downtown montreal help!

Hello,

Here is the scenario.

december 13th, 1 night, 1 room, 2 adults

downtown Montreal,

4* at $96 with the following:

business, fitness ctr., restaurant, high speed internet, kitchennette, complimentary breakfast

Trip advisor 4.5/5

also

3.5* at $76 with the following

fitness, restaurant, high speed internet

I can usually figure it out but I am stompped on those two!

Can anyone help?

Please follow-up your previous Hotwire Montreal thread with whatever you ended up doing for that stay... then bump this thread and we'll have a look at the hotels above.

I can usually figure it out but I am stompped on those two!

Assuming this isn't your second time using HOTWIRE (or PRICELINE) it would be appreciated if you begain to share your results with the board so that others can benefit from the information, just as you have benefited from those who have posted their wins before you.

what's a bump?

A bump is a reply to the thread, often just with the words 'bump' (just as you did) as replying to the thread bumps the thread to the top of the queue.

The 4* hotel has not yet been reported to the board.

The Holiday Inn Midtown has been reported with the three amenities above, so that would be my best guess, but with just these three common amenities don't have too much confidence in this guess. Another option for you is if you change your search to 2adults/2children a different 3.5* hotel apepars with:

Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Internet, Business, Laundry, Kitchenette... this is a match for the Le Cantlie Suites so that would be our best guess for this one. It's also possible that this is the same hotel as the 2adult search with that search 'hiding' some of the amenities, but if you're interested in this property it woudl be best to purchase as 2adults/2children with the full list of amentieis as above as that is the 'stronger' match.

When I went last year, it was the Bonaventure Hilton (4 stars in Montral). It was great !!!

We did not use PRICELINE or HOTWIRE for this one either.

Had to come back same day due to work.
