First bid $60 in NMA and then waited 24 hours to successfully bid $65. Both bids were for a 3*.

I actually did do a re-bid at $60 by adding the Loop zone. But that bid was rejected as well.

Since I had plenty of time to wait for 24 hours, I figured that was the easiest and least-risky way to go, rather than add other zones.
