I can't make the amenities match up with anything on the pinned list. Hotel Grace is boutique but nothing else fits. The rate seems almost too good based on the other options available ...

This listing unfortunately hasn't been ID'd/reported to the board. If I had to guess, I'd guess it's the Stay downgraded from 4* to 3.5*. It could also be the Room-Mate Grace w/changed amenities, but my *guess* is that it's the Stay.
