peacefrogdog Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 On hotwire this 4* hotel option comes up for my dates:ResortFitness CenterPool(s)Restaurant(s)High-speed Internet AccessGolf NearbyTennis NearbyWhen I click see all amenities, no other appear other than above (so no Children's activities, no suites)Looking on this board, The Swan and Dolphin appear to be options. But the price of $113/nite seems too good, even for hotwire! There is no TripAdvisor rating on the Hotwire page.Any suggestions on what this could be?Rene
thereuare Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding! This property has not yet been identified, but the amenities don't match previous reports for the Swan or Dolphin, and i think either of these is highlyl unlikely given the time of year that you're visiting. If you change your search to 4adults/0children a 'new' 4* hotel appears in this zone with:Resort, Suite, Restaruant, Pool, Fitness, Internet, Laundry, Golf, Tennis for the same $119/nite that the 2adult/0children is appearing above. This property is a match for the Caribe Royale Resorts Suites and Villas and that would be my best guess for this one. I'm thinking that this may very well be the same hotel (given the same price and the first set of amenities being a subset of those above) with the first search 'hiding' some of the amenities. If you are interested in trying for this property it would be better to purchase as 4adults/0chidren as this is the 'stronger' match since it matches previous reports. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. peacefrogdog Posted March 10, 2011 Author Report Posted March 10, 2011 Thanks. Just to close off this thread I didn't end up booking through Hotwire so can't comment on what what this hotel ended up being. Just ended up booking the Hyatt Orlando Airport directly through the hotel.
