Are the rooms, lobby area, or both being renovated? Did it disturb your stay at all?

my room appeared finished

Breakfast nook, pool area, and outdoor hallways are where it appeared most of the work was being done.

Heard other guests complaining of no power for long periods of time-no issue for me

Fire alarm kept going off-during day only

Front door was covered in plastic last day, had to use patio door(painting-so should be finished)

small things

free parking, free highspeed, at the beach, good resturants within walking distance
